Who We Are

Akira Fluency Academy was founded with a primary mission: to create a seamless connection between learners and teachers across multiple environments, including daycares, schools, summer camps, and specialized classes like art and swimming. We firmly believe in empowering every child to embrace their full potential and live their best life.

We are dedicated to transforming the learning experience for children both typically developing and neuro-diverse (Autism, ADHD and other learning disabilities). We understand that each child is unique, possessing distinct strengths, interests, and dreams. Therefore, our comprehensive curriculum encompasses not only core academic subjects but also encourages artistic expression, physical fitness, and social development. Our commitment to bridging the gap between learners and teachers ensures that every child receives personalized attention and guidance. We believe that by fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, we lay the foundation for children to flourish and excel.

How We Accomplish Our Mission

We assign a dedicated trainer to each child. These trainers undergo rigorous training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to effectively implement instruction protocols that are carefully designed by highly qualified professionals such as board certified behavior analysts or board certified assistant behavior analysts. To maintain the quality of intervention, the trainers receive supervision both in person from trained supervisors and remotely from the behavior analysts themselves.

By tailoring education and therapeutic treatment to meet the specific needs of each child, we aim to create an environment that fosters their growth and development. Our approach combines the expertise of trained professionals, evidence-based methodologies, and individualized attention to ensure that every child receives the best possible support throughout their learning journey.
