Archana holds two Master's degrees: an M.A. in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK). Her journey epitomizes unwavering dedication to enrich the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Her personal experience with her own child's ASD diagnosis led her to explore various avenues for support and intervention, ultimately leading her to fall in love with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Archana's decision to educate herself, train and become a professional in ABA demonstrates her commitment to making a difference in the lives of children with ASD. Her personal experience as a parent gave her a unique perspective and a deep sense of empathy, which contributed to her success in working with other families and children facing similar challenges.

Moving to Seattle, Washington, to pursue higher education and gain more experience in the field of ABA shows Archana's dedication to continuous learning and professional growth. Collaborating with experts in the field for mentorship and gaining advanced education has equipped her with the knowledge and skills needed to provide effective support to individuals with ASD. She currently works with children in Washington to help them build skills to live a quality life.

Archana strongly advocates for the fact that Inclusive education is not just about making accommodations for students with special needs; it's about recognizing and celebrating diversity in all its forms and ensuring that every student has equal access to a quality education. By modifying teaching methodologies and embracing a student-centered approach, educators can contribute to a more equitable and inclusive educational system where all students have the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential.

Elsy Manil

For more than a decade, Elsy has dedicated herself to working with children who have varying abilities. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Notably, she has played a pivotal role in establishing centers and assembling teams of skilled professionals. Apart from her managerial acumen, Elsy's capacity to connect with children and her empathetic approach towards parents greatly enhance her contributions.

Moreover, her involvement extends to facilitating the integration of children with special needs into mainstream educational environments. Drawing from her own experiences as a person with special needs, she possesses a unique insight into understanding her clients' requirements. Her determination and perseverance led her to receive the title of the best outgoing student with special needs when she completed her PUC studies at Mount Carmel College.

Elsy's personal journey has fueled her passionate commitment to fostering a more inclusive environment for children.
